Polish
Restore the brilliance of your case and bracelet.
Over time, even the finest steel, gold, or titanium loses its original finish. Our polishing service restores your watch's case and bracelet to its factory specification — satin brushed surfaces re-grained, high-polish flanks mirror-finished. We work with care to preserve the original geometry and avoid over-polishing, which can irreversibly alter the character of the piece.
Available for Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and Richard Mille. Turnaround: 3–5 business days.

Full Service
A complete overhaul, inside and out.
A full service involves complete disassembly of the movement, ultrasonic cleaning of every component, inspection for wear or damage, lubrication to factory specification, and reassembly with timing regulation. The case and bracelet are cleaned, gaskets are replaced, and the watch is pressure-tested for water resistance where applicable.
Recommended every 5–7 years. Covers Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and Richard Mille. Turnaround: subject to assessment.

Repair
Precision repair for complex issues.
Whether it's a damaged crown, a worn pusher, a cracked crystal, or a movement fault — we assess, diagnose, and repair with honesty. We provide a clear evaluation before any work begins, with no hidden costs. All replacement parts used are OEM-specification or equivalent. Every repair is followed by a full timing and regulation test.
Assessments are free and carry no obligation. Turnaround varies by complexity — typically 5–14 business days.

Authentication
Every piece, verified before it leaves our hands.
We authenticate Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, and Richard Mille for private buyers, sellers, and collectors. Each timepiece is physically inspected — movement, case, dial, bracelet, serial numbers, and documentation — by our in-house specialists. We issue a written authentication report. Turnaround is typically within 48 hours.
Available for walk-in appointments at City Walk or by prior arrangement. Free assessment for pieces purchased through The Watch Meister.
